Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Some items in our store come with Free Shipping (marked clearly on the product page). In addition, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 – no code needed

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery time depends on your country: typically 7–21 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can check the status of your package until it arrives.


Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, and in some cases other local/regional payment options.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us as soon as possible. Once packages have been shipped, we aren’t able to make changes.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return / refund policy?
A: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within (usually) 14–30 days of delivery. Products should be unworn, tags still attached, and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item. (Check our full Refund Policy for details.)

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs will generally be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.


Sizing & Products

Q: How do I know which size to buy?
A: Each product page includes a sizing chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our chart. If you're between sizes, many customers prefer to size up for comfort or layering.

Q: Are the colors in the photos accurate?
A: We try hard to make our product images match real life, but differences in lighting and screen calibration may cause slight color variation.
