  • Users must reside in Israel, hold a valid Israeli ID card, and have a valid credit card issued in Israel.

  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.

  • It is prohibited to open an account for any third party without the explicit consent of the website owners.

  • Users may not use another user's details or passwords unlawfully.

  • Users release the website from any liability for technical malfunctions, interruptions, or downtime, including those caused by third-party hosting, software providers, communication lines, or any other related services.

  • Users release the company from any liability regarding hacking attempts, cyberattacks, or data breaches by third parties. While the company implements security measures to protect user information, it cannot guarantee absolute protection, and security breaches may occur.

  • By browsing, registering, or uploading content to the site, you waive any claim against the company for damages arising from such incidents.

  • The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content or user from the site.

  • The company does not store users’ credit card details on its servers.

  • The website acts as an intermediary between manufacturers, wholesale sellers, and various factories worldwide and customers who purchase products through the site for personal (non-commercial) import.

  • Users purchasing products through the website are also subject to the terms and conditions of our business partners.

Orders

  • Each product page shows its price, including VAT unless stated otherwise. The operator may change product prices at any time at its sole discretion, and the applicable price is the one at the time the order is confirmed, not when the product is added to the cart.

  • The company is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the site. Product information is provided by manufacturers and suppliers, and packaging may contain additional or different information.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate personal details when placing an order, including full name, current address, phone number, active email, and any other necessary information. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay delivery.

  • Orders can be placed for delivery within Israel only.

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours. This confirmation is final.

  • If a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, customers will be offered a replacement or a full refund.

  • Refunds may take up to 45 business days due to external factors.

  • Customers will be automatically registered to the site’s email notification system to receive updates about their order status, invoices, and shipping information.

  • Promotional and marketing emails can be unsubscribed from via the link in each email, but transactional emails regarding orders and shipments cannot be unsubscribed from.

  • The website is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or damages caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

  • Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and details may vary.

  • The company is not responsible for typographical errors in product specifications.

  • All warranties for products are provided solely by the manufacturers or suppliers.

  • The company shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events, including extreme weather, strikes, or unexpected system failures.

  • The company’s liability is limited only to manufacturing defects covered under warranty, and claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping

  • Shipping time is typically 7–21 business days from dispatch.

  • Orders will be sent to a designated pick-up point (such as Israel Post branches).

  • Maximum delivery time is 30 business days. If exceeded, customers can choose a full refund or a replacement shipment.

  • In some cases, multiple products in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories.

  • Returns due to non-defective reasons will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

  • Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Certain items, including custom-made products and sleepwear such as pajamas, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with photographic proof.

Use of Products

The company is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of products. By purchasing from the website, the customer acknowledges that product use is at their own risk.

Order Protection

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued minus cancellation fees. If the product has already shipped, it must be returned according to the return policy.
