Free shipping is available on selected items or for orders over $100.

Le Chic does not ship to the following countries:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories.
Returns due to non-defective reasons will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or $25, whichever is lower.
Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Certain items, including custom-made products and sleepwear such as pajamas, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with photographic proof.
The company is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of products. By purchasing from the website, the customer acknowledges that product use is at their own risk.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued minus cancellation fees.
If the product has already shipped, it must be returned according to the return policy.
